Q: Where can I watch full episodes of E! shows?

A: You can find full episodes of your favorite shows—including "E! News"—on the E! Now app. Download here.

Q: Where is TV Scoop?

A: TV Scoop is part of our Entertainment section. Go to the More button on the bottom of the app and tap on Entertainment. Then tap on TV in the top nav of the Entertainment section. You can also select "TV" as one of your My News categories, and all the latest TV news will be included in your personalized feed.

Q: How can I send feedback of the app?

A: We have a new Feedback menu item in the More section. Tap that and you’ll be guided on how to send us your rants and raves.

Q: How can I send a news tip?

A: Send us an email with your inside scoop here.

Q: My app is having issues, how can I fix it?

A: A few things you can try:

Make sure you have updated to the most recent version of the app.

Send us feedback by going to the Setting menu. If it’s a bug in our app, we’ll try to squash it.

Confirm that your WiFi and data settings are on, which you can check in the Settings menu.

Worst case scenario, you can delete the app, but we’ll miss you so be sure to download our app again!

Q: Why don’t I see many stories in the My News section?

A: My News only shows you stories on the categories you select. You can add or edit those by going into My News and tapping the pen in the upper right-hand corner. This is where you can unfollow topics too.

Q: When are livestreams on? Can I see them after they’ve aired?

A: Check out our "Live From E!" page for tune-in info and to watch videos from past livestreams.

Q: I think I would be a great candidate for "Botched," how can I submit myself?

Q: How come I can’t hear any audio?

A: Please make sure that the sound isn't muted on (1) the app's video player and (2) your device's side switcher.
